K Waiver Wire — FAQ
When should I add a Kicker from waivers?
Add Kickers as soon as you identify the opportunity — most leagues process waivers Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Players spiking in add volume on Monday night are typically responding to injuries, role changes, or breakout performances in the previous game.
How are these K waiver rankings calculated?
Rankings are based on 24-hour add volume across thousands of Sleeper leagues, updated every Tuesday. A sudden spike in adds is the strongest early signal that the fantasy community has identified a real opportunity.
Should I drop a Kicker to add a waiver pickup?
Only drop a Kicker if the waiver target has a clear path to consistent production — ideally a starting role, good upcoming matchups, and a high target/carry share. Don't drop your RB3 for a one-week fluke.
What makes a Kicker a good streaming option?
Look for Kickers with favorable matchups, home games, and high volume opportunities. Avoid Kickers in games with extreme over/under lines that suggest one-sided scoring.
