Terms of Service

By accessing or using SportsEdgeSzn ("the Service") at sportsedgeszn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SportsEdgeSzn provides fantasy sports data and tools including waiver wire targets, start/sit recommendations, matchup grades, and draft rankings for NFL and NBA fantasy leagues. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

All fantasy data is sourced from publicly available APIs and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Fantasy sports outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans (Basic at $9.99/month and Premium at $19.99/month) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers by email.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or content without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that degrades performance for others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content, design, and software comprising the Service is owned by SportsEdgeSzn or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Fantasy sports data (player names, statistics, team information) is factual information not subject to copyright protection. Our rankings, analysis, and recommendations are our own intellectual property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR UP TO DATE.

FANTASY SPORTS INVOLVE RISK. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL OR GAMBLING ADVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES — FINANCIAL OR OTHERWISE — RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTSEDGESZN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email for any material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
